- Degree completed Vocational training as a carer for people with special educational needs
- Or valid training contract as a carer for people with special educational needs and completed first year of training
- Or completed vocational training in combination with continuing education as a therapeutic educator
- Or valid continuing education contract and successfully completed first year of continuing education

as well as additionally

- General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification certificate, subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, or
Study without a general higher education entrance qualification or admission restrictions through advanced continuing education, a trial test or one year of successful study at a higher education institution in another federal state
