What are automated replies and how are they sent?

Through the Study Guide contact form, your institution receives enquiries from international prospective students about your degree programmes listed in the Higher Education Compass (Hochschulkompass, HSK). In the form, prospective students first select a topic and then decide whether they would like general information or want to submit a specific question.

For general enquiries, Study Guide allows you to set up automated replies for each topic. You can edit and adapt these replies as needed. Once set up, the reply is sent automatically whenever prospective students request general information on that topic – leaving you free to complete other tasks.
