Contacting Higher Education Institutions

In most cases, you will be able to find a direct e-mail address for the higher education institution directly on the programmes‘ Study Guide listing. However, if the particular programme is drawn from the HSK database (see Data Sources under Programme Search), a link to a Study Guide contact form will be listed instead. You will be able to contact the higher education institution through this contact form. Contact as many higher education institutions as you like.

When going through the contact form (see above), certain information, such as your name, nationality and e-mail address, are automatically shared with the specific higher education institution. For every contact that you initiate, you can specify whether you want to share additional information, such as the results of your eligibility check or the subject group of your most recent qualification. Keep in mind that the contact person at the higher education institution might find it easier to help you the more they know about your specific situation.
